Refund policy

If a Spella reading didn't work for you, we want to make it right. Email hello@askspella.com within 7 days of the reading and we'll refund the credit. No interrogation, no friction.

For credit packs purchased but unused, we offer a full refund within 14 days of purchase. After 14 days, unused credits remain on your account indefinitely. They don't expire.

Refunds are returned to the original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.
