What we collect
To draw your chart and answer your questions, we collect: your name (or nickname), email, birth date, birth time, and birth place. We also record the questions you ask Spella and the responses she generates.
How we use it
Birth data is used solely to compute your chart and personalise readings. Questions and answers are stored so you can revisit your reading history. Email is used for account access and transactional notifications.
Who we share with
We share data only with the third-party services strictly required to run the product: Anthropic (for AI inference, on a no-training basis), Stripe and Razorpay (for payments), Resend or AWS SES (for email), and AWS (hosting and storage). We do not sell your data. We do not share it with advertisers.
How long we keep it
We retain your data while your account is active. You can delete your account at any time from settings; this purges your charts, readings, and birth data within 7 days.
Your rights
You have the right to access, export, correct, and delete your data. Email privacy@askspella.com to make a request.
Children
Spella is not intended for users under 16. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
